Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings > Delete my account. Deletion is definitive after 30 days.

I didn't receive my daily challenge?

Check that notifications are enabled in Settings > Notifications. If the problem persists, write to us.

How do I report content?

On the proof concerned, open the menu (...) and choose 'Report'. Our team handles each report within 24 hours.

How do I block a challenge that doesn't suit me?

On the challenge card, choose 'Refuse'. You can also block a specific challenge from Settings > Blocked challenges.

Is Plok paid?

No. Plok is free and contains no in-app purchases as of today.

Is my data sold?
